Château de Bonhoste, Cuvée Mille Blanc

Mille Blanc, is a dry Bordeaux White, 100% Muscadelle, a perfect wine for an aperitif, with a very floral and muscat bouquet.
 A thousand, because there will only be a thousand white bottles and a thousand red ones. Each bottle is numbered, therefore unique!   Grape varieties: 100% Muscadelle Harvest & Winemaking: Mechanical harvest: the berries are then pressed to extract the juice. This juice is then put into an amphora where the alcoholic fermentation will take place. Éaging in amphora for 5 months.
