Maison Ferroni – Amber – Rum 70cl 40% vol. with case Blend of 3 rums from Trinidad (molasses), Guyana (molasses), Mauritius (agricultural type). The rums are selected by Guillaume FERRONI in the original distilleries. They are then imported and assembled at Château des Creissauds. They thus age for 12 months in Cognac barrels then an additional 6 months in VDN Rasteau barrels, hence the slightly pink color specific to Ferroni Ambre. Tasting notes: Nose: vanilla and woody aromas. Palate: slightly dry attack then sets in a certain roundness and depth with a finish marked by Grenache and red fruits. Made according to a traditional method, their texture and delicate flavor make them a unique speciality! Ingredients: Sugar, 30% almonds, 20% figs, hazelnut 2% eggs, honey, Bourbon vanilla powder.
