2018 Riesling -Kapellenberg-

The quartz sand on which the vines stand gives this Riesling a very fine, almost fragile-looking structure. Since this filigree can very easily be superimposed by residual sweetness in the wine, we develop this almost fully fermented. The Riesling vom Kapellenberg is a good starter in the vineyard wines, as it is charming to drink despite its character of the vineyard. 13.0% vol.
