Wilgart is making handcrafted headwear founded on skilled craftsmanship, original design and superior materials. We have a small headwear shop in Denmark, on one of the most exciting streets of Copenhagen, Jægersborggade.
The fact is that hatshops businesses often are very old school, and capmaking has not been developed very thoroughly in the past decades. In fact quality and innovation decreased. It’s yet another story about how honor full craftsmanship got run over by mass-production and anonymous products. In Wilgart we want to bring back identity, personality and craftsmanship in headwear.
We offer an exclussive story and a high quality caps made with respect to the capmaking artisan and crafts methods. We make the caps according to old capmaking traditions, thus offering a very fine products such as flatcaps, basecaps, eightpieces and sailorcaps. Handmade in Germany and Denmark.
