In cooperation with the vegan top chef, cookbook author and influencer Timo Franke, we have created a lentil dal that is second to none. Timo Franke discovered this dish during a culinary training trip in India and since then the lentil dal has been one of his favorite dishes. - without soup chemicals / 100% free of food chemicals - no added sugar - Gluten free - Source of dietary fiber - Low in saturated fat - Protein source - V-Label certified - produced in Germany / Brandenburg - BIG 8 nutritional analysis 100ml & per glass Since 2009 we have been producing vegan organic soups in jars in our in-house factory in Müncheberg / Brandenburg. With a total of 17 employees, we mainly process regional ingredients and, together with our partner Regionalwert AG Berlin-Brandenburg, promote regional organic farming.
