
Yellow Tucan has chosen 100% Arabica coffees certified organic farming (AB), harvested manually within carefully selected cooperatives. The coffees are produced according to the principles of fair trade and provide partner cooperatives with fair and transparent compensation. Roasting, carried out in an artisanal way in France, makes it possible to extract the best taste notes and to reveal the identity of our coffees: quality, freshness and aromas. The sachets, without aluminum, are closed with a zip which allows to preserve all the aromas of our coffees while preserving the planet. This reference highlights the balance and delicacy sublimated by a slightly acidic touch. Its “natural” drying method releases notes of ripe fruit and honey in addition to its usual chocolate profile. It is the coffee that seduces lovers of desserts and novelties.
