
BLONDE II WITH HONEY CREAM ALE Top-fermented blonde beer, it is distinguished by the addition of Sicilian black bee honey. It has a bitter but very refreshing taste and is moderately alcoholic. Type: Cream Ale, inspired by American Light Lagers, ale fermentation but with lager yeasts typical of pilsners. Colour: straw yellow, with golden and greenish reflections. Aroma: Floral, fresh hops, with very pronounced citrus and honey notes and malt flavour. Taste: light body, excellent harmony, balanced and dry taste with a predominance of hops, it has a pleasant bitter aftertaste accompanied by sensations of fresh malt and honey. Food pairing: appetizers in general, fresh cheeses, first courses, risottos and white sauces, second courses of fish or white meats. Dry pastry dessert and artisanal white nougat.
