SAISON BLONDE BEER

Seasonal top-fermented blonde beer, produced from a blend of barley and wheat malts. It is fresh and refreshing, pleasant to drink, dry and with a perfect balance between sweet and bitter. Leaves a feeling of freshness and cleanliness in the mouth, thanks to the delicately citrus hops. Color: Dull dark gold, with fruity ester and hop aromas, with a low malt fragrance. Flavor: Medium body, mild bitterness, refreshing, with a predominantly hop flavor and fruity aftertaste. Food pairing: starters in general, preferably fish, vegetable soups, cold pasta with vegetables, fruit salad or spoon desserts.
