In the heart of the Alpilles massif, the AOP Olive Oil of the Vallée des Baux de Provence recognizes an exceptional olive-growing region. Our oil is characterized on the nose and on the palate by the presence of at least two of the following flavors: grass, apple, almond, raw artichoke or hazelnut. It is also distinguished by a moderate bitterness and pungency. Delicious as a seasoning for green and mixed salads, in marinades for fish and raw meat, our Baux de Provence AOP olive oil can also be used as a finish on grilled fish, baked meat, or vegetables. As an aperitif, it will go perfectly, as a dip, with bread rubbed with garlic.
