Vinaigre de vin de muscat blanc
See the wholesale price
Aged for 20 months in oak barrels, it is rounder, more fruity than a classic vinegar. The acidity that makes it its strength is present but pleasant both on the nose and on the palate. The first notes are marked by the flavors of red berry fruits. Whether to season, reduce, deglaze or enhance a dish or a dessert, its typical and specific aromas will sublimate your recipes. PREPARATION: Deglaze, creamy sauces or vinaigrette, as a final touch. PAIRING: red meat or game, country salads or Périgord.
