Flavored with organic olive oil, cooked over low heat, cut into small cubes, the onions caramelize to bring sweetness to this exceptional product. A tartare enhanced by truffle peelings. The Tartare contains 40% summer truffle and 10% candied onions. The most Aix&Terra: Tuber Aestivum is harvested in Provence from June to August. Less rare than the winter Tuber Melanosporum, this allows us to introduce it in quantity into our recipes. Composition: Summer truffle peels (Tuber aestivum) (41%), sweet onions (33%), olive oil, truffle flavoring (1%), salt. Store in a cool place after opening.
