Anchovy Delight 100g

This unique cream uses anchovies from Maison Roque (a family business in Collioure, founded in 1870, one of the last to perpetuate the ancestral and artisanal tradition of salting anchovies). For this Anchovy Delight, we combine anchovy fillets with fennel, olive oil, a touch of organic mayonnaise and lemon juice. Composition: anchovies (37%), fennel, potatoes, olive oil, organic mayonnaise (sunflower oil, egg yolk, vinegar, water, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium bisulfite), sugar, salt, pepper, thickener: xanthan gum), capers, lemon juice, garlic, parsley. Store in a cool place after opening.
