Anchovy Delight 100g

This unique cream uses anchovies from the Roque house (family house in Collioure, founded in 1870, one of the last to perpetuate the ancestral and artisanal tradition of salting anchovies). For this Anchoïade Délice, we combine the anchovy fillets with fennel, olive oil, a touch of organic mayonnaise and lemon juice.
