Our French pickles are prepared fresh according to a sweet and sour recipe (subtle balance between vinegar and sugar) enhanced with a touch of dill and Camargue salt. Alélor supports the return of the pickle industry to France. This delicate crop only grows in France in the summer, from June to September. Pickles require constant monitoring because they can double in size in a day. They must therefore be harvested at the right time. They are prepared quickly after picking and put into jars in France.
