Chutney n ° 34 of berries and red onion

Bittersweet variant of wild berry jam modified with cane sugar, apple vinegar and onion. Wonderful on smoked cured meats such as speck or as a garnish to fresh goat cheeses. Ingredients: berries in variable quantities (raspberries, blackberries, currants, strawberries and blueberries), organic apple vinegar, raw cane sugar, red onion, oil, salt.
