An apothecary great-great-grandfather who formulates a recipe for the exquisite typical Redondela liqueur, Piscolabis, and to make this tasty elixir known, are the reasons for the rise of Arelar.
We make our liqueurs traditionally, recovering old recipes handed down in Galicia from generation to generation.
Based on this traditional knowledge, we also invest a large part of our efforts in research and development of new and exquisite spirits.
In the elaboration of our drinks we only use the best organically grown fruits and plants, discarding the use of colourings, preservatives or artificial flavourings.
Our purpose is to provide our customers with exquisite liqueurs with the best organoleptic properties obtained in a completely natural way, respecting tradition, as our great-great-grandparents did.
