Our lentils will brighten up your meals with their bright color. They are peeled and devoid of skin, they have the advantage of being more digestible than other legumes. They are eaten hot, especially in the famous Indian dhal, or cold in salads. They go wonderfully with spices like curry, cumin or coriander and vegetables like carrots or squash with a dash of coconut milk!
