In a Norman Revival style, La Maison du Chat was built in 1926 by the architect Maurice Morguet. Its name is due to the presence of an earthenware cat resting on the leaning of a roof. The house also has other animal and plant motifs. But it is the cat that it is designated, at the crossroads of Chemin des Remparts and Rue des 2 Moulins.
