Poivrons stuffed with fromage à la crème à l'huile

Our peppers in oil are born from a careful selection of raw materials. To our classic meaty pepper stuffed with tuna, we added the cheese one which contains a soft cream of fresh ricotta with Sardinian pecorino, the essence of Sardinia. Handmade and stuffed one by one, they are preserved in sunflower oil which does not alter their taste. We at Ayo' see them as perfect to accompany a good glass of wine during an appetizer.
