Take a look at what you'll find inside: - 2 Kiwi and Vanilla Jars: We choose a special variety of yellow kiwi originating from Japan, which found the ideal microclimate for growing sweet and soft in the Veronese countryside. We combine the freshness of the kiwi with the enveloping scent of the fine bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Try it to enrich a cocoa tart. -2 Jars of Strudel: The strudel compote was born from the memory of a trip to the mountains, it is in fact the spreadable interpretation of the comfortable Austrian dessert. We work local yellow apples with cinnamon, toasted pine nuts and raisins. -2 Jars of Strawberries, Lime and Mint: We make this jam with local strawberries to which we add lime juice and fresh mint leaves.ANDan explosion of flavours, unique and original, perfect for those who love experimenting with new and original flavours. Choose it for a refreshing and fragrant snack. -2 Jars of Cherries and Chocolate: We select morello cherries grown by small producers in the Grippi area, we cook them slowly and towards the end of cooking we add the finest 55% Belgian chocolate. For the more curious: pair it with a game stew. -2 Jars of Apricots: We wanted to enhance the natural flavor of the fruit: it will be like taking a fresh apricot directly from the tree and enjoying it in the peace of the summer countryside. Try it together with a cup of hot chocolate, to evoke the sweet memory of a Sacher cake. -2 Jars of Apple, Pear and Ginger: The local yellow apples remain fresh and crunchy, the Williams pears, hand-picked and selected when they are sweetest, give sweetness and envelopingness. In September we soak them in grappa and then cook them together with local Williams pears and toasted pine nuts. The flavor of the grappa remains delicate because during cooking the excess alcohol evaporates, leaving only the softest and most fragrant notes. The enveloping sweetness of caramelized onions meets toasted almonds, irresistibly tasty and crunchy. -2 Jars of Sweet and Sour Chutney with Peppers and Tomatoes: We make it with a mix of sweet and crunchy yellow, red and green peppers, fresh tomatoes, apple cider vinegar to add acidity, brown sugar to balance the sweetness and chilli pepper to give a spicy note.
