Apricots are a very particular fruit because not only are they available for a limited period of time, but their flavor also varies greatly from one supply to another.   For this reason, to make extra apricot jam it is necessary to personally taste the product during processing, in order to reach the correct and specific sugar level for each production batch. -SIZE: 270 gr - PACKAGING: Sterile glass jar with mechanical closure - STORAGE METHOD: Commercial life: The shelf life of 2 years refers to the product kept in perfect storage conditions, i.e. in a dry place, temperature not exceeding 20°C, hermetically sealed package, vacuum-packed and protected from light.   The opened jar must be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C and consumed within 15 days. -PAIRING: The jam is perfect for breakfast but we also recommend pairing it with a hot chocolate to evoke the sweet memory of the Sachertorte.
