Extra Cherry and Chocolate Jam - 270g jar

For the extra cherry and chocolate jam, morello cherries grown by small producers near the Agriturismo dei Grippi are selected.   The cherries, small and rich in flavour, are mixed with sugar and left to cook slowly.   The finest 55% Belgian chocolate is then added and from this moment on the process becomes very delicate, in fact it is necessary to constantly monitor the jam to avoid burning it. -SIZE: 270 gr - PACKAGING: Sterile glass jar with mechanical closure - STORAGE METHOD: Commercial life: The shelf life of 2 years refers to the product kept in perfect storage conditions, i.e. in a dry place, temperature not exceeding 20°C, hermetically sealed package, vacuum-packed and protected from light.   The opened jar must be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C and consumed within 15 days. -PAIRING: The jam is perfect for breakfast but we recommend trying it with game too.
