Extra jam of pears, pine nuts, figs and grappa - 270g jar

The extra pear, pine nut, fig and grappa jam is made with figs naturally dried on the farm at the end of summer.   To make the jam they are first soaked in grappa and then cooked together with local Williams pears and toasted pine nuts.The flavor of the grappa remains delicate because during cooking the excess alcohol evaporates, leaving only the softest and most fragrant notes. -SIZE: 270 gr - PACKAGING: Sterile glass jar with mechanical closure - STORAGE METHOD: Commercial life: The shelf life of 2 years refers to the product kept in perfect storage conditions, i.e. in a dry place, temperature not exceeding 20°C, hermetically sealed package, vacuum-packed and protected from light.   The opened jar must be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C and consumed within 15 days. -PAIRING: The pear, pine nut, fig and grappa jam is perfect for accompanying mature cheeses, tarts and croutons, or for a special breakfast or snack.
