The strudel compote was born from the memory of a trip to the mountains, it is in fact the spreadable interpretation of the comfortable Austrian dessert.   To make it, local yellow apples are selected, with a sweet flavor and crunchy texture which are worked with cinnamon, toasted pine nuts and raisins. -SIZE: 270 gr - PACKAGING: Sterile glass jar with mechanical closure - STORAGE METHOD: Commercial life: The shelf life of 2 years refers to the product kept in perfect storage conditions, i.e. in a dry place, temperature not exceeding 20°C, hermetically sealed package, vacuum-packed and protected from light.   The opened jar must be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C and consumed within 15 days. - PAIRING: Bread and brioches, filling for tarts or fried sweet products
