Dry pasta created through the mixture of two wheat flours of our production and specially selected for quality and characteristics. This recipe, together with the craftsmanship, gives our pasta uniqueness in terms of aroma and taste. May contain traces of soy, eggs and molluscs. Bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature. Cooking time: 7 minutes
