Wholemeal corn flour, medium grain size, with a classic flavour, cooked for at least one hour. It derives from ancient corn coming from the north-east of Italy, reproduced by us manually. It has an intense yellow color deriving from the glassy grain. Corn with a high percentage of oil which, thanks to our non-invasive processing, in full respect of the product, is not lost. It is ideal for making polenta that can accompany red and white meats, be enjoyed as a stand-alone dish or seasoned with cheeses that enhance its flavour. It can also be used to create desserts, such as cakes and biscuits.
