The natural stone mill allows all the organoleptic characteristics to be kept unaltered: the permanence of the germ, with high quantities of oil, makes this flour rich in omega-6. Ideal for making a very fragrant polenta to combine with white meat or fish. It can also be used for the preparation of various desserts due to its fine grain size and unobtrusive flavour.
