A citrus scent that sparkles in the mouth and an aniseed aftertaste for this staple of Chinese cuisine. Refillable mill. Glass mill body. Sichuan pepper (or Sechuan) takes its name from a region in central China where it has traditionally been cultivated for centuries. This very fragrant berry has a slight numbing property that slightly numbs the palate, before releasing its peppery, discreetly lemony and woody taste. It is part of the composition of the famous five-spice blend. Sichuan pepper is the perfect addition to meat and poultry dishes as well as starches, but can also be used to flavor salads or desserts, especially chocolate ones. How to use: Lift the ring off the grinder head to grind.
