"WHOLE" DUCK FOIE GRAS VERRINE 100g (2/3 parts)

Our livers come from a group of producers from Montaut-les-crénaux in the Gers. We call on them because they raise the ducks according to ancestral methods which allow to have the best of the livers: outdoor breeding and force-feeding with whole corn. We take care of the part that sublimates the product using the traditional devénage method bequeathed by our Grandmothers from our beautiful Lauragais region. Then we season it subtly with salt and pepper (and nothing else!), To finish it is cooked at 100 ° to heart and conditioned as it should be.
