Aquavit - BB La Cave - 50cl

Aquavit is an alcohol of Scandinavian origin which takes its name from the Latin “aquavitae”: water of life.   Aquavitae BB La cave offers a fresh attack then develops aromas of fresh lemon zest. 
Next, the vegetal nature of dill emerges, delicately minty, as well as the camphorous note of caraway. 
The finish remains on caraway, both candied lemon and slightly aniseed.   This fresh, vegetal aquavit enhances cocktails and will surprise you in combination with smoked fish.   Rectification water is mineral water from the Pyrenees.   Made in France, in Biarritz.
