Spiced Orange At the first bite, you will have the impression of greedily drinking a large glass of squeezed orange, to quench a strong thirst. Ginger harvested like orange in the Itasy region (Central West of Madagascar), cinnamon and nutmeg from Vatovavy-Fitovinany (South East) draw the candied contours of this marmalade, while remaining discreet. Under the bite, the small pieces of skin, delicately crushed, prolong the pleasure. In the finish, we keep this sublime and fresh shine of citrus, with a feeling of having benefited from an additional reserve of energy for the day. This marmalade is enjoyed on toast or crispy rusks for breakfast, or combined with a soft butter cake.
