Very aromatic mixture of Guérande salt, thyme, rosemary, paprika, pink berries, coriander, black pepper, cumin, hot and sweet peppers, to be used in festive table salt, but also as "rubbing salt" on meat, poultry, or fish, 4 to 5 hours before grilling or barbecuing.
