Manufacturing: Organic extra virgin olive oil is a superior category oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical processes. This “cold-extracted” olive oil is obtained from olives picked from the tree. 5.5 kg of organic olives are needed to obtain this pure natural juice. It does not undergo any chemical treatment or refining. Use: To be used as well in seasoning, in cooking as for your sauces (hot or cold). Store in a dry and cool place, away from light and heat.
