
Wine produced using organic-biodynamic farming, with a carefully curated production of around 15.000 bottles per year. These are two of the characteristics that make our wines a product enriched with its own distinctive identity. Each wine an experience, ALL A TREASURE, all Schatz. Production: 8 months of “sur lie” aging with “batonnage”* in American and French oak barrels. * Frequent stirring of the fine lees with a stirring stick for a period of 2 to 6 months. Nose: Mediterranean forest notes of thyme, rosemary, and lavender. Cinnamon and clove spices. Deeply balsamic. Palate: Intense ripe red fruit, with a mineral and lively acidity. Notes of anise and cinnamon. A subtle, harmonious and powerful wine. Our unique Coupage with Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon
