Organic White Wine 2024 | Chardonnay | 750 ml | Schatz Winery

Wine produced using organic-biodynamic farming in Malaga (Spain), with a carefully curated production of about 15.000 bottles per year. These are two of the characteristics that make our wines a product enriched with its own distinctive identity. Each wine an experience, ALL A TREASURE, all Schatz. Production: Aging for 5 months "sur lie" with "batonnage" in French oak barrels.  * Frequent stirring of the fine lees with a stirring stick for a period of 2 to 6 months. Nose: Spectacular aroma of jasmine and white flowers, with notes of subtropical fruits. Palate: Deeply harmonious on the palate with intense mineral acidity. Persistent finish with subtropical fruits (lychee, mango, kiwi and banana).
