Wine produced using organic-biodynamic farming, with a carefully curated production of around 15.000 bottles per year. These are two of the characteristics that make our wines a product enriched with its own distinctive identity. Each wine an experience, ALL A TREASURE, all Schatz. Production: 8 months of “sur lie” aging with “batonnage”* in French oak barrels.  * Frequent stirring of the fine lees with a stirring stick for a period of 2 to 6 months. Nose: Intense floral notes of rose. Aromas of spices, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon. Palate: Deep red fruit with marked acidity. An elegant, enveloping and balsamic wine.
