Wine produced using organic-biodynamic farming in Malaga (Spain), with a carefully curated production of about 15.000 bottles per year. These are two of the characteristics that make our wines a product enriched with its own distinctive identity. Each wine an experience, ALL A TREASURE, all Schatz. Production: Aging for 5 months "sur lie" with "batonnage"* in French oak barrels.  * Frequent stirring of the fine lees with a stirring stick for a period of 2 to 6 months. Nose: Intense aromas of red fruits: cherry and currants. Palate: Balanced and spectacular with a powerful fresh berry flavor. Marked acidity and a persistent finish of red fruits and licorice. Made with black Muscat, unique in Spain
