NATURAL SWEET CARPE DIEM 50 CL

ELABORATION To obtain this wine, juice extracted from the Moscatel variety at very low pressures. always under the collection of stainless steel and at low temperatures is carried out decantation in a natural way, obtaining a clean must which is fermented at low temperatures until it reaches the desired concentration of sugars, moment in which turn off the fermentation and this natural sweet is achieved. TASTING Greenish yellow color, dense in the glass with thick tears. The nose is very intense with aromas of figs, apple green and stewed fruit, with certain hints of citrus and a continuous variation with aromas migrating to different fruits and flowers. The mouth is long, intense and softly velvety, with a pleasant sweetness and fresh sensations. PAIRING It goes very well as an aperitif or dessert wine, being very good with salads, pastas, fatty fish (tuna, salmon), sushi, pates and cheeses as well as acid fruits. Temperature optimal consumption is between 4 and 7oC.
