ELABORATION Syrah and Merlot grapes aged for 7 months in oak barrels French and later 6 months in the bottle. Harvested by hand the first week of August. Destemmed and controlled fermentation for 18 days, and after pressing it we take to French oak barrels. TASTING Intense purple color with purple edges. On the nose: ripe red fruit and notes of liquor chocolate on the nose (Mon Cherí), very well integrated wood. On the palate: friendly, good mid palate and without prominence of the wood. PAIRING Sausages, meats and even some pasta, Bolognese type.
