Borst Bier is a small independent brewery in the heart of North Holland, Spanbroek. We brew accessible and tasty specialty beer. Just special. Just like you, and the people you care about.
We thoroughly enjoy drinking a nice tasty beer. When we drink this beer with people who are important to us, it only tastes better. If you don't think about it, these moments may seem ordinary, but if you do, they are actually very special. At Borst Bier we try to be aware of this and not just let these moments pass by. With this in mind, our beers have been brewed and given names that fit nicely with this. They have a nice quote that matches the name of the beer. Reliable Blond, Proud Tripel and Willing White are the names of our beers.
The recipes for Borst Bier have all been developed, tested and brewed on a small scale by Rik Borst. At the moment, Rik still brews on a large scale at the Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij in Uitgeest. Here he can brew Chest Bier on a large scale by using their brewing installation.
