This white, frank beer, releasing aromas of citrus and hops while remaining sweet and light, reminds us of the story of our ancestor Camille. The MOTTE-CORDONNIER Brewery has the Brewers Star as its emblem. This star still adorns many cafes and the brewery building. The 10th generation is pleased to introduce you to its White IPA, CAMILLE. This white beer, frank, releasing aromas of citrus and hops while maintaining sweetness and lightness, reminds us of the story of our ancestor CAMILLE. Camille CORDONNIER (1851-1926) - Daughter of the North, descendant of a long line of brewers, took an active part alongside her husband Edmond MOTTE in the developments and challenges of the brewing world at the end of the 19th century, like the pasteurization and the arrival of glass bottles. It was through their union that the Brasserie de l'Etoile became the Motte Cordonnier brewery. Our beer pays tribute to his determination and courage. Brewed with passion and attention, this beer is 4.5°. Its straw and slightly cloudy color typical of wheat beers and its frank bitterness will delight all fans of the genre. We infused it with BergaMotte and orange peel to give it that fruity side.
