Daniel & Eugène beer in partnership with Gueuleton

A 6.5° Amber that pairs perfectly with Picon©. This Ambrée worked with Quentin and Martin de Gueuleton Lille is brewed with Chocolate malt. This gives it a beautiful amber color and aromas of chocolate and toasted bread which is appreciated very well on its own but is even more revealed with 20% Amer Picon© orange. Daniel and Eugène are the two first names of Quentin and Martin's grandfathers. It is in homage to them that we called this Beer of Friends. This beer is imagined by Henry with Martin and Quentin from the Gueuleton restaurant in Lille, in order to achieve perfect harmony with our dear friend: “le Picon”. The grandfathers, Daniel and Eugène, taste their Picon beer so black that we can no longer read the newspaper through it! A beer reminiscent of this counter café, hence its nickname “Goutted’jus”. The very roasted malt brings notes of chocolate toast, perfectly in line with the bitter orange.
