Made from several types of grain, matured in the Burgkeller at almost 100 percent humidity and an ideal temperature of around 12°C. The seasonal, slight temperature difference in the Burgkeller (+/- 5°C) has a very favorable influence on the maturing process we want and, together with the temperature-related natural self-mixing of the whiskey in the cask, ensures one of the tastiest grain whiskeys you have ever drunk.
