Our original buffalo bresaola is made in Italy using an ancient, traditional process. We only use the leanest parts of the leg as raw material, these are delicately seasoned and then air-dried for several months. This is how our bresaola gets its unique aroma. Bresaola with rocket, olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano is a classic, but the air-dried ham is also perfect on its own on the antipasto platter or as a fine sandwich topping.
