Our Mozzarella di Bufala is made by hand in a family caseificio (German dairy) in Campania. It is characterized by a particularly intense taste. This results from the raw material: a high quality, one hundred percent & sustainably produced buffalo milk. The consistency is pleasantly creamy and milky.
