Our Mozzarella di Bufala is made by hand in a family caseificio (dairy) in Campania. It is characterized by a particularly intense taste. This results from the raw material: A high-quality, 100% & sustainably produced buffalo milk. The consistency is pleasantly creamy and milky. These properties helped our mozzarella to earn the title "Best Buffalo Mozzarella in Germany" (Süddeutsche Zeitung). 14x18g
