Here we offer you a high quality coffee from Finca Don Manuel, as soon as it is harvested, the fully ripe Castillo variety coffee beans are picked, the cherries are selected during a process of immersion in a container filled with water during which the cherries remaining on the surface are removed in order to guarantee a top quality coffee. The cherries are then placed on African beds to dry until the required moisture content is reached. Sold exclusively in beans, so that you can enjoy the aromas and fragrances of a coffee that has incorporated the sugars present in the pulp and mucilage.
