Café Don Manuel is a specialty coffee grown on a single farm where eco-responsibility and traceability are major values for offering excellent coffee. From picking the cherries by hand, to washing the coffee with water from the springs present on the finca and drying it in the sun, all of these steps are carried out with quality requirements. This work allows us to offer you a coffee with a creamy body, with aromas of cherry, vanilla and sugar cane and sweet flavors of caramel, melon, parépou and an exquisite medium acidity.
