Here we offer you a high quality coffee from Finca Don Manuel, as soon as it is harvested, the fully ripe Supremo variety coffee beans are picked. The cherries are selected during a process of immersion in a container filled with water during which the cherries remaining on the surface are removed in order to guarantee a top quality coffee. The cherries are pulped, the grains with their mucilage are dried until the required humidity level is reached, giving them this golden color. Sold exclusively in beans, so that you can enjoy the aromas and fragrances of a coffee that has incorporated the sugars present in this mucilage.
