Coming from Huila Sud, one of the most famous coffee-producing regions of Colombia, this PITALITO is a coffee that will take you on an adventure where original flavors and the typicality of the terroir mingle. A cup with spicy notes of ginger, pepper and cinnamon and a touch of mint for an experience that differs from traditional Colombian coffees. Grown at altitude and under the shade of the Arrayanes (the Spanish name for the Myrtle tree), the coffee cherries are manually harvested when ripe and then mechanically dried for up to a month.
