
This Burundi Shembati is a micro-lot grown in the Mbirizi farm area where Salum, a self-taught entrepreneur has been working for years to increase the quality of his coffee. It is a rare, extremely gourmet coffee with chocolate scents, an almond and spicy nose. A natural fermentation process (dried on African beds) gives it a superb aromatic intensity as well as a beautiful persistence in the mouth. An exceptional coffee that will take you on a journey to the Kayanza region, and which will be sublimated as much by a filter extraction as by an espresso.
